As SCASSW grows and becomes more efficient in our practices, we need to embrace the digital age.

What does this mean for our SCASSW members?

Allow us to introduce our online registration for SCASSW professional development activities. The instructions below will guide you through our new online registration system. If you have any questions or need guidance, please reach out to Courtney or Elaine.

Please complete this form to register for our annual Spring conference. One form per participant is required. A Google Form registration link for the Spring Conference can be found by clicking here. You will receive an email receipt for every form you submit. This is a receipt confirms your registration form has been submitted correctly. It does not verify that payment has been received or made.

You must submit payment following the instructions below:

Payment must be sent or submitted once Registration form is completed. You may pay using the following methods:

1) Upload a copy of the School District Purchase Order on the Google Form and send the physical check to:

2) Pay via credit card using GoDaddy links below under "How To Pay". Make sure to include the names of the persons attending the conference on the payment note.

Upcoming Events

SCASSW would like to remind you of our upcoming Fall Conference, taking place November 16-18 at the Embassy Suites, Kingston Plantation.

Registration is now open, and we encourage you to secure your spot early – registration deadline is October16! Conference registration will include access to engaging sessions, networking opportunities, and valuable professional development throughout the conference. A DRAFT Agenda is attached, and an updated one will be sent out as we finalize and update the information

Registration rates:

Preconference and Conference:

$300 - Members
$350 - New or non-members

Conference Only:

$225 Members
$275- New or non-members
$125 – Retirees

The preconference will begin at 8:30 am on November 16. The conference only will start at 1:30 pm on November 16.

Please note the updated address for our Treasurer, Elaine Swain. Also be sure to give the updated W-9 form to your finance department if needed.

If you are paying online through the GoDaddy Link, you must put the name of the person registering and their school district.
